These are the payment terms of SEJFMAN s. r. o. (hereinafter referred to as “FBEE”).
These terms apply solely to activities conducted by FBEE on its website fbee.me and/or through its related mobile applications (“FBEE”), and do not apply to any “offline” activities or those unrelated to the website.
Any products or services ordered by the user through our website are referred to as “Services.”
The company accepts payments in cash or via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards for products and services.
Services booked through the website are also governed by the contractual terms of the respective service providers.
Payment Deduction:
Users are charged only after our partner service provider confirms that the service has been delivered. FBEE will not request user confirmation of delivery before processing the payment.
One-Time Bookings:
For one-time prepaid bookings (credit card, debit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, etc.), the amount corresponding to the service value will be pre-authorized on the user’s card, and the final charge will be processed only after the service is completed and confirmed by the provider.
Recurring Bookings:
For recurring bookings, payment is not charged in advance. The charge is processed only after each service is completed and confirmed by our partner provider.
The displayed price and currency selected by the user, if this option is available, will match the currency charged to the card and shown on the transaction receipt.
If VAT or optional add-ons apply, the user will see the total amount as “Total to Pay.”
The user will receive a payment confirmation via the email address provided during booking, through an in-app notification, or both.
The confirmation will be sent as soon as the payment is processed.
If FBEE, based on confirmation from a partner service provider, charges a user even though the service was not actually delivered, FBEE will refund the full amount.
It is the user’s responsibility to notify FBEE of such a case via email at office@fbee.me within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
Any other refunds, including those mentioned above, will be processed using the original payment method—at FBEE’s discretion.
Users who book services through the website or app may manage their bookings by logging into their account or via email.
The date, time, or service details may be modified if done sufficiently in advance before the service start time.
If a user fails to provide adequate notice of cancellation or modification, cancellation fees may apply.
These fees are governed by the applicable cancellation terms, which may be updated from time to time.
By ordering services through the website, the user agrees to these terms and commits to paying any applicable fees.
FBEE reserves the right to use legal means to recover these fees or restrict further access to the website’s services.
If a cancellation or change request is submitted less than 6 hours before the service start time, it is considered a late cancellation.
If the customer is not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time and the service cannot be delivered, it is considered a no-show.
In such cases, cancellation fees apply, and the amount depends on the type of service.
Any cancellation fees will be communicated to the customer when submitting a cancellation or change request.
Fees are charged at the time of cancellation (for late cancellations) or after service completion (for late changes).
No-show fees are charged once FBEE receives notification from the partner provider.
If a pre-authorization was made on the card and the service is canceled more than 6 hours in advance, the full amount will be refunded to the card or wallet.
If the booking amount was pre-authorized and a late cancellation or no-show occurs, the authorized amount will be fully or partially captured according to the cancellation policy, and the remainder (if any) will be refunded to the card or original payment method.
The fee amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation and confirmed by email or in-app notification.
