If a service does not meet your expectations, our FBEE Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that we will make things right.
Below you can find what’s covered under this guarantee (in accordance with our terms and conditions).
Unsatisfactory quality of work:
If the quality of the service does not meet expectations, we will arrange for it to be redone — completely free of charge.
No-show or delay of more than one hour:
We will organize an alternative appointment at the next available time and date.
Inappropriate behavior by service staff:
In case of any misconduct, we may reschedule the service or provide another suitable solution.
Billing errors:
If you were charged incorrectly, the excess amount will be refunded using your original method of payment.
Damage to items:
We will do our best to repair any damage. If repair is not possible, compensation of up to 500 EUR will be provided, provided that all conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee are met.
In the event of damage or a missing item, you may be asked to provide proof of ownership and value (for example, the original purchase receipt). FBEE will estimate the repair or replacement value up to a maximum of 500 EUR.
The service was booked and delivered through the FBEE platform with a valid order number.
Quotation-based or offline services are not covered.
The service was completed within the last 48 hours, and the complaint was raised within that time frame.
The order has been fully paid, and your account is in good standing.
If materials or parts were supplied by our technician, a one-month workmanship warranty applies.
Parts themselves are covered only if a manufacturer or distributor warranty exists.
